According to the BETA stamp on the logo in front, Slushe is still in the beta stage. We frequently associate the term with incomplete products that, in all honesty, should have been fermented a little longer. When taking a closer look at the statistics, this wasn’t just some bullshit pornographic art library; in fact, they now receive close to a million visits per month, and this trend doesn’t appear to be abating.
An online community for sharing adult art, according to Slushe.com. The idea alone elevates it a few notches above your standard hentai library that merely searches the web for content users have uploaded elsewhere. Fans of both 2D and 3D sex art may find this to be a goldmine because the entire gimmick is designed to encourage artists to upload their own original work.
Beta
The front page’s polished, contemporary appearance is completely at odds with how you would envision a “Beta” site. These guys put a lot of time, effort, and probably money into the production, resulting in something that does feel more like a cutting-edge art site than your typical hastily assembled sex tube. Both the overall presentation and the logo are tasteful and tidy.
The layout on Slushe.com is based on thumbnails, which isn’t particularly novel in and of itself. Almost every free porn site uses thumbnails, but Slushe makes it their own with square tiles that are tightly aligned and symmetrical and feature futanari princesses, bloodthirsty vampire sluts, girls with enormous milk-leaking tatas, and a few alien orgies.
Initially this would be a CG-focused website based on the images at the top, but there is a nice selection of both hand-drawn and computer-generated art. At least for the stuff in the front, the standards appear to be incredibly high. From realistic 3D models of beach bimbos to meticulous illustrations of musclebound warrior bitches to cartoon sluts with just enough curve detail to get the lizard part of your brain ready to breed, you can find it all here.
You’ll probably enjoy all the X-rated parodies that Slushe has to offer. Elsa in a dominatrix outfit with a huge fucking cock, Kim Possible having some oral fun on the toilet, a lesbian scene involving a few Overwatch babes, and Harley Quinn jerking off her own big boner.
Futanaris, naked mermaids, and other things.
Slushe.com features some sexy content. It’s all over the front page, where you can see horse cocks, naked mermaids, monster sex, and tons of futanari, to start with. The weird sh*t is unavoidable; while it’s challenging and expensive to pull off in video porn formats, fans of deep niche kinks can more readily turn the material into their own works of art.
The website’s Categories page was one of my first stops. In contrast, the porn art categories on Slushe are exquisitely organized.
They were able to reduce it to just a few dozen genres, each of which is thumbnailed in the Channels gallery. Some are format-specific, such as 2D, 3DX, and animation. Some people mention pornographic subgenres like BDSM, Big Butt, and Group Sex/Orgy. You also get a few spooky categories, like Monster and Dickgirl/Futanari, since this is an art website. However,
Use the search feature if the Slushe.com Categories menu doesn’t have your preferred kink listed.
What is permitted and what is not.
Uploading images, videos, and other content that you didn’t make is expressly forbidden by Slushe’s rules. The “Be nice” and “Don’t spam” rules are also fairly standard. For those looking for more “extreme” content, some of the other rules will put a damper on their enthusiasm.
While r*pe is permitted, Slushe.com forbids snuff, gore, and extreme violence, so you won’t find the gory porn comics that you occasionally see elsewhere. Although they forbid incest as well, they do permit the same “taboo” content as popular porn websites where everyone is only related by marriage.
Finally, they outlaw all artwork created by minors. There are websites that publish lengthy disclaimers about the legality of the content and the reasons they decide to host it, but it appears that Slushe would prefer to completely avoid the hassle of Lolicon and shotacon. For a certain subset of the porn art community, this will be a deal-breaker, but nobody else will miss it.
Slushe.com prides itself on being a genuine community of artists and fans rather than just another archive of pornographic art. It’s not quite a ghost town, but neither is it as busy as anticipated. In all of the subforums, there have been no new posts for a few days.
Actually, the action is somewhere else. The neighborhood is fucking lively, but the forums aren’t really buzzing with conversation. Instead, they’re continuously adding new content to Slushe.com throughout the day and night.
Each piece of pornographic art has a comment section where people can converse if they want to engage in more conversation than just shaking their dick at the images. The website includes some built-in social media features, so your username and icon will appear beneath the images you find appealing. If you aren’t some complete loser who was kicked off the site, there is also a simple button to share to Twitter.
By frequently holding art competitions, the people who run Slushe.com keep it interesting as well. They recently revealed the winner of the Space Invasion Art contest and conducted a nice interview with the artist. They’re now holding a Fourth of July contest, so submit those cocksucking whores wearing American flags on their bikinis to be eligible to win. Even if you aren’t an artist yourself, you can still participate in the fun by voting for your favorite.
It’s understandable why Slushe.com has been receiving so much attention after spending some time browsing the website while wearing my pants around my ankles. It’s a gorgeous website with an active user base of artists who constantly add quality content to the pile, even in its beta form. However, most fans of 2D and 3D content will be well-satisfied with what is offered, with the exception of those who are interested in more extreme subgenres of porn art.
They’re off to a fucking great start, and I’m interested to see how this one develops and expands.
